In the period from 1992 to 2008, more than 200 commercial works--for power and heat industry, mining, steel, coke, ceramic and glass making industries--were performed.

 

OFFERED SERVICES:

The Department performs services based on the PCA (Polish Centre for Accreditation) accredited methods and high-class equipment of two mobile laboratories. They comprise:

· Measurements of emission of dust and gaseous pollutants

· Measurements to verify performance of dust measuring devices and IR analyzers in flue gas monitoring systems

· Determination of efficiency of dedusting devices

· Determination of efficiency of installations removing or reducing sulfur in flue gases

· Selection of technologies for limiting SO2 and NOx emission and determination of their efficiency

· Eco-analyses for the purposes of the procedures of transformation of property relations in industry

· Evaluation of ecological effects of modernized power boilers and other industrial installations

· Determinations of granular and chemical composition, and physicochemical properties of dusts

 

And:

· Versatile examinations of emissions of dust and gaseous pollutants from all kinds of industrial installations

· Verification of performance of stationary flue gas monitoring systems

· Examination of efficiency of the environment protecting installations (filters, afterburners, desulfuring installations, etc.)
