The Scientific Council of the Institute of Environmental Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Zabrze, acting pursuant to Art. 221 para. 14 of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668) in conjunction with Art. 180 of the Act of 3 July 2018 - Introductory Provisions to the Act - Act on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1669), has established the Rules of Procedure for the Award of the Doctoral Degree, which shall be in force from 1 October 2019.
