  • The use of ecological risk indicators and statistical tests to determine the sources of metals and metalloids in individual elements of the natural environment.
  • Determination of metals and metalloids in bottom sediments and sewage sludge, and their chemical speciation.
  • Optimization of the process of sequential extraction of metals and metalloids from environmental samples (using ultrasound).
  • Searching for the relationship between the granulometric composition of bottom sediments and the content of metals and metalloids in the water environment.
  • New technologies for water, soil and wastewater treatment. Processes of sewage sludge treatment.
